insPYRE launches new website during FILM FEST KNOX

insPYRE is proud to launch the new inspyre.us website during FILM FEST KNOX, to be held November 14-17, 2024, in Knoxville, Tennessee. 

Launched in 2023, FILM FEST KNOX is an annual event held every fall in downtown Knoxville, with screenings hosted at the Regal Riviera. In addition to three full days of film programming, FILM FEST KNOX features regional and local filmmaking competitions, workshops, and social events.

“At insPYRE, we love to celebrate creativity and storytelling, and it’s a fantastic reason for continuing to support FILM FEST KNOX,” said Preston Farabow, co-founder of insPYRE.

“We’re excited to partner with FILM FEST KNOX by designing and constructing trophies for the American Regional Cinema Competition, Made in Tennessee, and Jury Prize Awards.”

The centerpiece of FILM FEST KNOX is a six-film American Regional Cinema Competition designed to spotlight the diversity and quality of work being made outside of Los Angeles and New York City.

“Just like the ambitions of everyone interested in the diversity and quality of work in cinema, insPYRE believes that regardless of the past, our lives are enriched by the stories that we live,” continued Farabow.

“We believe that healing occurs when we, as a local community, hold space for the underserved to tell their own stories and to begin their respective transformations.”

Joe Hall, co-founder of insPYRE, added, “We are launching our new website during FILM FEST KNOX to encourage solidarity and build up links right across Knoxville’s vibrant creative community.”
